Hayden joined Prescient Fund Services in 2014, where he was responsible for the alternative fund administration business. He set up the hedge fund administration offering, expanded the offering to include regulated CIS hedge funds, and in 2016, he launched private equity administration – expanding Prescient’s alternative fund administration catalogue further. At the end of 2019, Hayden moved on to launch the Business Development and Product Solutions teams, and standardised Prescient's approach to ongoing Client Relationship Management.
Currently the Head of Business Development and Client Management at Prescient Fund Services, he continues to service these three aspects of the Fund Services business with a strong focus on Business Development and Marketing.
Craig took up the role of CEO at Prescient Fund Services (PFS) in December 2016. Since joining Prescient as Operations Manager in August 2006 and then being appointed Chief Operating Officer in December 2009, Craig has played a pivotal role in the organisation's growth including its global expansion.
Craig oversees PFS, the global fund administration and fund platform services arm of the Prescient Group, providing solutions to clients across Africa, Asia, and Europe. PFS's management of over R1 trillion in assets (as at August 2023), with offices in Cape Town, South Africa, and Dublin, Ireland, underscores its significance in the financial services industry.
Kim has a strong compliance and regulatory background and brings with her thirteen years of experience within the financial services sector. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant who started her career as an auditor in financial services, before being appointed as a senior manager at KPMG specialising in collective investment schemes and ultimately Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Catalyst Fund Managers.
Lance Jacobs joined Prescient Fund Services (PFS) as Chief Operating Officer in September 2023. Lance also joined the PFS Exco and Board.
Before joining PFS, Lance worked in operational roles at Curo Fund Services since 2015, most notably as an operations executive, and more recently as chief executive officer.
He also previously worked as an audit manager at Deloitte before holding several roles in finance at Old Mutual from 2000 to 2015, most notably as finance manager in product accounting and head of distribution channel finance for the retail affluent market.
Lance is a qualified CA (SA) and holds a BComm degree and a PGDA from the University of Cape Town.
Garth is Chief Information Officer at Prescient Fund Services and leads a team of skilled professionals in the roles of business analysts, integration analysts, IT architect, software developers, a project management office with project manager and several project administrators. He is responsible for leveraging Information and Communications Technology to achieve the business goals of Prescient Fund Services. He has been in the industry for 23 years, and prior to joining Prescient, he worked in various roles at Ovation Global Investment Services, which was the only independent Linked Investment Service Provider in the market at the time.
Garth is committed to driving innovation within the business through technology to create new products, improve business efficiencies, manage, and reduce costs and position PFS as a market leader.
Christiaan brings over two decades of industry expertise to his role as the Head of Prescient Analytics, part of Prescient Fund Services (PFS). He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA), and joined Prescient in May 2017. Christiaan previously worked as a senior audit manager at Baker Tilly International before holding several key roles in finance, most notably as Head of Operations at RisCura Analytics. Dedicated to making a meaningful impact, his contribution and leadership skills closely align with the values that define the company, reflecting a strong personal belief in their significance. As a seasoned professional and dedicated leader, Christiaan has significantly contributed to the success and growth of the company.
Megan is the Head of Finance at Prescient Fund Services and has 10 years of accounting experience. She holds a BCom (Hons) Degree in Accounting from Nelson Mandela University and is a fully qualified Charted Accountant (SA). Prior to joining Prescient Fund Services, she completed articles at Deloitte in Gqeberha.
Megan joined Prescient Fund Services’ Fund Accounting team in 2014 and transitioned to finance in 2015. Since then she has been responsible for managing Prescient Fund Services Group’s accounting.
