In this role, you will work closely with business development teams, investment teams and various other teams across the investment management business to create proposal materials to assist in achieving the business growth targets.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be responsible for ensuring high quality end to end project management of the RFP/DDQ, capability documents and presentation processes and meeting deadlines thereof.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and generalist knowledge of the company which includes understanding of internal systems, teams, products and processes.
  • Ensure information databases are maintained, accurate and complete.
  • Ensure all submissions undergo the necessary review processes.
  • Be cognisant of JSE Compliance requirements
  • Support the Compliance Officer to ensure Compliance with applicable legislation including Exchange Rules and Directives, taxation, etc.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 – 5 years working experience in financial services industry in a technical support role where you have gained exposure to the completion of RFPs, DDQs.
  • An interest in financial markets and investments across all asset classes is essential
  • Excellent project management and writing skills

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce (Finance or Economics, or a related field of study) required.
  • Proven proficiency in working with Microsoft Suite (e.g., Microsoft Excel. PowerPoint, Word).
