We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end processes of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), capability documents, and presentations. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of these materials, collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders to support business growth and client engagement initiatives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of RFPs, DDQs, capability documents, and presentations, ensuring all materials are delivered accurately and within specified deadlines.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments, including investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams, to gather necessary information and insights for document preparation.
Content Development: Craft and refine compelling narratives that effectively communicate our capabilities, investment strategies, and value propositions to prospective clients.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency across all documents, adhering to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the RFP/DDQ process, including the development and maintenance of content libraries and templates.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform document content and business development strategies.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a business development, marketing, or client services role within the financial services industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with RFP management software.
